Templates, the equipment catalog, and the Insights content, in one place, with the same three questions answered for each: what needs to get built, where it stands today, and whether ICM has signed off on it. Nothing here is finished work. Statuses below are pulled straight from the live build, not from memory, so if something reads wrong here it is wrong in the build and worth flagging.
The short version: everything is built to a first draft and standing for review. ICM has seen the template package and the catalog tracker (sent 7/27) and sent written redlines back (7/30), most of which are already implemented. Nothing has been formally signed off yet, and the Insights articles have not been sent to ICM at all. That sign-off is the gate into full production, per the contract's Month 1 deliverable list.
Every template needed for the site is standing on Local with first-draft content. ICM walked the full package on 7/30 and sent written notes; most of what they flagged is already fixed and deployed to the review site. A few items are waiting on an ICM decision (marked below), and a couple are waiting on Porter's own call between options we presented. None of that blocks the formal sign-off ICM still owes us on the package as a whole.
Updated for the 9/9 push. As of 9 September, 90 of the 238 models on ICM's list have pages drafted and standing for review, 70 of the 95 rated A. The direct count against the WPEngine review environment at icmsolutionsut.wpenginepowered.com is 96 published equipment posts, 7 of them off-list (see the catalog page's disclosure note). The catalog page counts rows on ICM's 238-model list; this page counts published posts, and some pages cover more than one list row, so the two figures are not meant to match. As with every figure in this flag, that was read from the database rather than carried forward from a previously reported number.
Eagle Iron Works, which showed zero pages in the database when this flag was first written on 8/13, now stands at 11 drafted. Deister still stands at 0 and stays there until ICM answers the hub question (catalog question 1). Every one of the 96 posts is a first draft standing for review on that environment: none has been signed off, and none is on ICM's public site.
Plus 1 ICM-built model (the 36x60 conveyor), published on the review environment but off the 238-model list because it is ICM's own line rather than a manufacturer line. It is one of the 7 off-list posts.

Eight articles have been standing on the review site since the template package went out; nine more were drafted and seeded this week from the keyword research. None of the 17, old or new, have been packaged up and sent to ICM for review the way the templates and the catalog were. That is a real gap worth closing, not an oversight to leave open, since it means ICM has never actually seen this content.
Every open item across the build, in one filterable list. Each one is tagged by who it is waiting on. Items already answered by ICM stay listed so nothing gets re-asked; the ones still open carry the answer we would give if we do not hear otherwise.

The equipment and content numbers on this page came from a direct, read-only query against the WordPress database behind the review build at icmsolutionsut.wpenginepowered.com, not from a previously reported figure. That is deliberate, after finding the catalog tracker and an earlier conversation disagreed with each other and with the database. Refresh this habit each time this page updates: query first, report second.
